Laser Technician by day, Alabama Native, born in Sylacauga and raised in Talladega, Carmen was the son of an electronics technician and 2nd youngest of 5 children in an economically challenged home. After many traumatic experiences and close encounters of the unlawfull kind, Carmen turned to music as an emotional outlet and to steer away from trouble. Self-taught starting at about age 16 on a $30 guitar, he moved along quickly, so quickly that he was in his first band less than one year later. Now equipped with a Jackson Rhoads "V", Jackson Warrior, Fender amps, Carvin amps, and a Zoom effects processor, things have changed and the music has taken a completely different direction than the early days of playing cover tunes for friends.
Hobbies: music of course, computing, science, and electronics.
Goals: to leave the day job and go fully professional in the music industry, to touch the lives of the youth of today that believe they have no outlet, "to achieve the goals that so many told me were impossible".
